Course Description: Athletes of all ages, sports, fitness levels and abilities can experience cervical spine pain. This comprehensive course explores the anatomy and physiology of the cervical spine with emphasis on the joints. The class details the mechanism of injury of common cervical spine conditions suffered by athletes. Navigation of the consultation, examination and imaging specifics to better diagnosis and treat athletes is covered in detail. This two hour presentation contains educational materials to improve treatment and patient education protocols.

  • Description and mechanism of sports injuries of the cervical spine
  • In-office chiropractic diagnostic procedures and treatment approaches
