Course Description: This program will focus on degenerative conditions affecting the lower extremity region. The program begins with an in-depth review of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. Next, you will analyze overuse versus traumatic injuries. The chiropractic CEU online program progresses to thoroughly review the clinical evaluation of sports injuries to the lower extremities including examination and imaging findings. Next, the program examines appropriate differential diagnosis prior to progressing to the application of office-based treatment options. Finally, you will master patient education tools to instruct in proper recovery and future injury prevention. The program discusses numerous applications of conservative management to the care of the injured athlete. With this program you will expand your chiropractic toolbox while earning chiropractic relicensing credits.
