Course Description: Track and field athletes come in all shapes and sizes due to the wide array of events which include sprinting, running medium distance, running long distance, throwing and jumping. The potential for injury is great. This two hour class covers the most common track and field injuries and the mechanism of how these injuries are acquired. Anatomy and physiology will be discussed in detail. The nuts and bolts of a thorough evaluation and diagnosis are described. In-office chiropractic treatment strategies and patient education techniques are taught in this comprehensive chiropractic continuing education online course.
