December 15 is the last live TBCE ethics session of 2026 — two hours, live, PACE-approved under FCLB Provider #34015544, and reported to the Board for you — and for any Texas licensee whose renewal closes with the year, it is the one that keeps the cycle clean. Dr. Michael Hall teaches the Board's rules as they are actually enforced: not the statute in the order it was written, but the decisions that draw a complaint — where scope ends, when a professional relationship becomes a dual one, how a fee conversation quietly turns into a consent problem — and the habit that keeps each one out of a file.

The two hours move through the Board's ethics rules and the practice situations that test them: professional boundaries and patient rights at the scope edge, financial-consent conversations, the violations the TBCE cites most often in its disciplinary record, and compliance routines that fit the workflow you already run. Attend live on Tuesday, December 15, 7–9 PM Central; complete the short assessment afterward; your certificate posts to your account the same night. This session is also offered November 17 — take whichever date fits, the content and the credit are the same.

Choose Your Live CE Path — Three Lanes, One Calendar

Every CCEDseminars webinar is live, PACE-approved, and taught in real time by practicing DC faculty with Q&A. Build by what your board requires, what your patients need, or the certification you are working toward. The full quarter lives on the live webinar calendar.

1 · TBCE Required

The Board-mandated live hours for Texas licensees — ethics, rules, documenting, and risk management — taught by Dr. Hall every month. You are here: Ethics, December 15.

Ethics: TBCE Required & PACE Approved
Documentation & Risk: Audit-Ready Workflows

2 · Clinical & Longevity

Spinal manipulation and longevity, chiropractic nutrition and healthy aging, autonomic resilience, muscle as medicine, physical examination, regenerative medicine — the clinical sessions from Drs. Hall, Benedikt, Hill, Ozello, and O'Hara that count toward the live-format hours many states require.

3 · Certification Track

Live sessions that also build toward CCEDseminars certification programs, including the Certified Longevity Health Specialist (CLHS) curriculum.

New live sessions are added to the calendar each quarter.

What You'll Learn — Learning Objectives

• Identify the TBCE ethics rules that govern a Texas license and trace each one to the clinical or front-office decision it controls.

• Apply professional-boundary and patient-rights principles at the scope edge, in dual-relationship situations, and in fee conversations that double as consent.

• Recognize the ethics violations the Board cites most often in its complaint and disciplinary record, and install the compliance habit that prevents each one.

• Embed TBCE-aligned ethics protocols in the office workflows you already run, without adding administrative drag or slowing patient flow.

Your Live Webinar Faculty

Michael Hall, DC, FIACN — instructor of this webinar — is a board-certified chiropractic neurologist and Fellow of the International Academy of Chiropractic Neurology who leads the CCEDseminars Texas TBCE ethics and compliance track, the Documentation & Risk series, and the spinal manipulation and longevity sessions. Dr. Hall combines clinical depth with practical regulatory insight, making TBCE rules accessible and actionable for practicing chiropractors — in plain language that translates directly to Monday morning.

Howard Benedikt, DC, DCBCN — Diplomate of the Chiropractic Board of Clinical Nutrition — leads the functional-medicine sessions, including autonomic nervous system regulation and chiropractic nutrition for healthy aging.

Arland Hill, DC, MPH, DACBN — chiropractic physician with a Master of Public Health and Diplomate of the American Clinical Board of Nutrition — leads the muscle-as-medicine and clinical longevity track.

Dennis O'Hara, DC, DACBSP bring the sports-medicine sessions — physical examination, athletic injury, and regenerative medicine — to the live calendar.

Where Live Hours Count — State Rules Worth Knowing

Texas: under Texas Administrative Code §73.1, licensees complete 16 hours of CE each year, and the Board-required topics — the Board's rules, code of ethics, and documenting, plus risk management — must be completed in a live format (live webinar, in-person, or teleconference). This webinar delivers the ethics portion live; pair it with Documentation & Risk: Audit-Ready Workflows for the documenting and risk-management hours. CCEDseminars reports completions to the TBCE directly. Full detail on the Texas chiropractic CE guidelines page.

Other states: many boards require that a portion of each renewal cycle's hours be earned in a live format, and most accept PACE-approved live webinars toward that portion; ethics-specific requirements vary widely. Check your state's guide in the full state directory before building your renewal plan.

Build Your Live Block

Texas licensees need the Board-required topics in a live format every cycle. This session is the ethics piece; Documentation & Risk: Audit-Ready Workflows, also taught by Dr. Hall, is the documenting and risk-management piece — it runs December 17, two nights after this one. Book both in the same week and the live block is closed before the year is, with the rest of your 16 hours free for the on-demand library. Outside Texas, either session applies toward your board's live-format portion where accepted. View the Live Webinar Calendar

Ethics: TBCE Required & PACE Approved — Frequently Asked Questions

What is covered in the December 15 ethics webinar?

Dr. Hall works the TBCE regulatory framework as the Board enforces it: the rules that govern a Texas license and the decisions they control, professional boundaries and patient rights in scope-edge and dual-relationship situations, financial-consent conversations, the ethics violations cited most often in the Board's disciplinary record, and compliance habits that fit an existing workflow. Also searched as Texas chiropractic ethics CE, TBCE ethics hours live, chiropractic board ethics webinar, and Texas ethics CE for chiropractors.

When does it run, and how does live attendance work?

Tuesday, December 15, 2026, 7:00–9:00 PM Central — a live, interactive webinar with Dr. Michael Hall and real-time Q&A. Attendance is verified during the session, a brief assessment follows, and the certificate is in your account as soon as you finish. Register with Add to Cart; access details go to your account email ahead of the event.

Will these two hours satisfy the TBCE ethics requirement before a year-end renewal?

Yes. The Texas Board of Chiropractic Examiners requires its ethics, rules, and documenting hours in a live format, which is why this webinar is delivered live — and a December 15 completion posts to your account the same night, in time for a cycle that closes December 31. It is PACE-approved under FCLB Provider #34015544, co-sponsored by Texas Chiropractic College, and CCEDseminars reports your completion to the TBCE for you. Licensees in other states can apply the hours toward a live-format or ethics requirement where their board accepts them — see the approval list at the bottom of this page.

Is this the same webinar as the October and November sessions?

Yes — same content, same instructor, same credit. Ethics: TBCE Required & PACE Approved runs on more than one date so you can fit it into your cycle; choose the date you can attend live — November 17 or December 15. If you register and your plans change, contact support before the event and your registration can be moved to a later date.

How do I get my certificate, and who is notified?

Every completion generates an instant certificate with a permanent copy in your account dashboard. CCEDseminars reports directly to the TBCE and handles CE Broker reporting automatically for the states it serves, so your live ethics hours are on record without extra paperwork.

State Approval and Licensing Reminder

Continuing education requirements — including online-hour caps and clinical-hour minimums — vary by jurisdiction. Review the online chiropractic CE guidelines page and contact CCEDseminars with questions about your specific licensing requirements before registering.
