Refund and Exchange Policy

It is our ultimate goal to see that our students are happy with their continuing education courses, as we hope that you will return to us year after year. For online courses, any requests for refunds or exchanges must be made prior to accessing the online course materials. Once you have accessed the online materials, no exchanges or refunds will be given. Additionally, once you have completed the online test, no refunds or exchanges will be given.

For qualified refunds: we will refund 85% of the purchase price to your credit card. The 15% restocking fee covers the credit card processor's fees that we are charged per transaction, as well as any shipping and handling expenses we may have incurred.

Dishonored Credit Card Charges

If you enroll in a course and your form of payment is later refused by your bank (example: you dispute the charge through your credit card company), our bank charges us a fee. Current chargeback fees for credit cards is $45 that we are billed when this happens. In the event of such an occurrence, you agree to reimburse us all fees that we are charged, plus an additional $45 as a processing fee on our end for the time and trouble the collection causes us. If you do not reimburse us for all fees within one week of notification of the dishonored payment, we will file a fraud complaint against your state and/or national license or certification, to every entity where you have used this CE course for license issuance or renewal.
