CA 108: Professional Communication & Patient Interaction – The Chiropractic Clinical Assistant (CA) is the "voice of the office" and the primary ambassador for patient experience. This 2-hour course provides the foundational skills necessary to build trust, manage difficult interactions, and maintain a patient-centered environment. This course is a core component of the Certified Chiropractic Clinical Assistant (CCCA) Program.
Professional communication is arguably the most vital skill a Chiropractic Assistant can possess. From the initial phone inquiry to explaining clinic procedures, the CA’s ability to communicate with clarity, empathy, and professionalism directly impacts patient compliance and office efficiency. In CA 108, you will learn to navigate verbal and non-verbal cues, master the art of active listening, and handle challenging patient scenarios with confidence.
