Every South Carolina chiropractor must complete two hours of continuing education in the rules and regulations of the South Carolina Board of Chiropractic Examiners as part of each biennial license renewal. This course satisfies that requirement — and does it by teaching the rules the Board actually enforces. This is a hybrid course with video instruction & downloadable study guide.
The material is drawn directly from the South Carolina Practice Act (Title 40, Chapter 9 of the Code of Laws) and the Board's regulations (Chapter 25 of the Code of Regulations, current through the May 2024 amendments). Across eight focused modules, you will move from the structure of the Board and the statutory scope of practice through licensure, continuing education, professional conduct, ethics, advertising, and discipline.
| Requirement note: This course satisfies the two-hour South Carolina Board rules and regulations requirement for biennial license renewal. Rules-and-regulations credit is limited to four hours per renewal period. This requirement is distinct from the Ethics and Jurisprudence Examination taken at initial licensure. |
