This presentation discusses and demonstrates the importance of spine exercises and their proper application. Learn spinal exercises for prevention and management for a multitude of conditions.

  • Injuries and performance limiting conditions due to lack of spine health.
  • Patient education strategies for injury prevention & management.
  • Description and demonstration of spinal strengthening, coordination and stabilizing exercises.
