Course Description: Stretching is a commonly used tool to prevent and rehabilitate sports injuries. Athletes and non-athletes of both genders and all ages can benefit from the proper application of passive and active stretching techniques. Stretching is a procedure that may help improve an athlete’s posture, movement and musculoskeletal function. This two hour chiropractic CEU online class describes in detail passive and active stretching techniques that chiropractors can use in their office or can use as patient education to improve patient outcome measures.
