Course Description: The occurrence of traumatic and non-traumatic shoulder injuries in sports is common. Athletes of all sports may experience shoulder pain and shoulder injuries. This chiropractic continuing education online program contains an in-depth review of anatomy and physiology of the shoulder complex. The two hour class details the mechanism of injury of several traumatic and non-traumatic shoulder injuries. The presentation progresses to thoroughly review patient evaluation including consultation, examination and imaging. The class describes in-office chiropractic treatment and provides in-depth patient education in prevention and rehabilitation of shoulder injuries.
