Two questions decide most pediatric adjusting decisions: what the evidence actually supports, and who else should be in the room. Pediatrics 204 takes both on. It examines the published evidence for instrument-assisted manipulation, works through the latest literature on manual manipulation, folds pediatric office procedures into the day-to-day of a family practice, and builds co-management options for the conditions that walk in the door — so technique selection and referral are decisions you can defend, not defaults you inherited.
This is Part II of the Adjusting & Office Procedures pair taught by Tracy Wilson, DC, CLM. Two CE hours, online and on demand.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does Pediatrics 204: Adjusting & Office Procedures II cover?
Four things: the evidence for instrument-assisted manipulation, the current literature on manual manipulation, integration of pediatric office procedures, and co-management options for a range of pediatric conditions. Also known as pediatric instrument adjusting CE, pediatric office procedures CE, and Adjusting & Office Procedures II.
Is Pediatrics 204 PACE-approved and accepted in my state?
CCEDseminars is FCLB PACE Provider #34015544 and co-sponsored by Texas Chiropractic College Post Graduate Studies Division. The per-state approvals for this course render at the bottom of this page, and the full list lives on the State/Region CEU Approvals page. Confirming your own board’s current requirements remains your responsibility as the licensee.
Is it safe for a chiropractor to adjust my child with an instrument?
Instrument-assisted adjusting is one of several approaches a chiropractor may choose for a pediatric patient, and it delivers a lighter, more controlled force than a manual thrust. This page is professional continuing education for licensed Doctors of Chiropractic: the course reviews what the published evidence supports for instrument-assisted and manual manipulation in children so that technique selection is evidence-informed. If you are a parent with questions about your own child, raise them with your treating chiropractor.
How many CE hours does Pediatrics 204 award, and how is the certificate issued?
Two CE hours. The course is online and on demand, so it starts the moment you enroll. Completion is recorded electronically when you pass the post-course assessment, your certificate is issued immediately, and the completion is reported to CE Broker for the states CCEDseminars serves.
Should I take Pediatrics 203 before 204?
Not required, but recommended. Pediatrics 203: Adjusting & Office Procedures I and this course are a matched pair from the same instructor — 203 sets the adjusting and office-procedure foundation, 204 carries it into instrument-assisted technique, the current manual-manipulation literature and co-management. Many doctors take both, and both sit inside the 24-hour CCP bundle.
Good to know: the course title in your account is your access link. After checkout, log in and open Pediatrics 204 from your course list — there is nothing to download and nothing expires. Bundle discounts apply automatically at checkout, so add every hour you need before you pay.
