Two requirements, one purchase. Your other 30 hours are earned in other formats and can be any chiropractic topic.

PACE Provider #34015544 · PACE named as an approved sponsor in Utah rule · Instant per-course certificates · Texas Chiropractic College affiliate
If you provide acupuncture in Utah, your forty hours carry two constraints most CE guides list separately — and they happen to be the same size. Ten of your hours must be acupuncture-related. No more than ten may be earned by distance learning. Nothing in the rule says those two tens can't be the same ten. This bundle makes them so: five clinical acupuncture courses, ten hours, all online — your acupuncture requirement met and your distance allowance spent in one purchase, leaving the other thirty hours free for any format and any chiropractic topic you choose.
The five are clinical acupuncture from a chiropractic acupuncturist and a licensed acupuncturist: clean-needle technique, drain-the-pain techniques, diagnostic points, efficient protocols for common conditions, and hot-acupuncture treatment protocols. All PACE-approved — a sponsor Utah's rule names outright — and all clinical, with no practice-marketing content. Five courses, two faculty, two requirements closed.
| DOPL rule | This bundle | Status |

| Sponsored or approved by a CCE college, qualifying organization, licensing agency, or PACE (303b(1)(b)) | All five PACE-approved; Provider #34015544 | Met |
| Relevant content, stated objectives, qualified faculty, attendance documented (303b(1)(a),(c)–(f)) | Clinical acupuncture, published objectives, DC and LAc faculty, instant certificates | Met |
| No more than 4 hours practice marketing (303b(1)(g)); records 2 years post-cycle (303b(2)) | 0 marketing hours; certificates permanently in your account | Met |
| Remaining 30 hours — non-distance formats, any chiropractic topic | Not included; see the Utah CE guide for whether livestreamed webinars count outside the cap | Your other 30 |
Don't provide acupuncture? The Utah 10-Hour Distance Max bundle spends the same ten distance hours on general clinical topics instead. Note: this bundle is continuing education for a DC already practicing acupuncture under Utah's clinical-acupuncture provisions; it is not the initial competency training R156-73-102(1) describes.

Ten hours at $20 per credit hour = $200 base. Ten hours is exactly the 10+ tier, so the automatic 20% multi-hour discount applies at checkout — $160 total, a $40 savings. No promo codes. Two requirements, one line on the receipt.
Yes. R156-73-303b(4) requires 10 acupuncture-related hours within the 40, and 303b(1)(h) permits up to 10 hours by distance learning. The rule places no restriction on the two overlapping, so ten hours of online acupuncture CE satisfies both at once. Your remaining 30 hours must be non-distance formats and may be any chiropractic topic. Confirm your personal obligations with DOPL.
Yes. Utah's rule lists PACE by name as an approved sponsor (R156-73-303b(1)(b)(iv)), and all five courses are PACE-approved from CCEDseminars, Provider #34015544. Each is clinical acupuncture content with stated objectives, qualified faculty, and a certificate of completion.
No. Utah's definition of clinical acupuncture (R156-73-102(1)) requires a chiropractic physician to have first demonstrated competency by completing a recognized course from an approved sponsor. This bundle is continuing education for a DC already providing acupuncture, satisfying the 10-hour renewal requirement in 303b(4). Contact DOPL about initial competency requirements.
It depends on the distance-learning definition in force for your cycle. Utah's codified definition covers internet, recordings, and correspondence; a DOPL rule filing proposes to add that distance learning does not include livestreaming, which would place live-online webinars outside the 10-hour cap. Confirm the current text with DOPL before counting webinars toward your 30.
$200 base tuition ($20 per credit hour x 10), and the automatic 20% multi-hour discount at checkout brings it to $160 — a $40 savings, no promo codes. Utah licenses expire May 31 of even-numbered years; complete your 40 within the preceding two-year period and retain certificates for two years after the cycle ends.
