Somebody is going to walk in asking about BPC-157. Dr. Benedikt grades the peptide field on a three-level evidence scale — strong (collagen peptides, undenatured type II collagen, PEA), emerging (BPC-157, KPV, GHK-Cu), and experimental (injectable or research-only) — and works through the quality, dosing, contraindication, WADA, and scope-of-practice questions attached to each tier. Texas Administrative Code §73.1 is specific about what cannot be done from the couch. Of the 16 hours a licensee completes each year, the Board-required topics — the Board's rules, code of ethics, and documenting, plus risk management — must be earned in a live format. Dr. Hall teaches that block every month; in October the two sessions land two days apart, so a Texas DC can walk into November with the hardest part of the renewal cycle behind them.
